Cybersecurity Management - Online Graduate Certificate
Certificate Overview
Students must complete five courses (14-15 credits) from the classes below, which are all offered online. More information on the program structure and courses can be viewed in the Graduate Catalog.
Students must complete four courses (12 credits) from the classes below:
- CYBER 730: Fundamentals of Ethical Hacking (3 credits)
- CYBER 731: Management of Information Assurance and Security (3 credits)
- CYBER 732: Data Driven Security (3 credits)
- CYBER 733: Industiral and Critical Infrastructure Security (3 credits)
- CYBER 734: Cyber Incident Response, Business Continuity, and Risk Managment (3 credits)
Students must also complete one course (2 - 3 credits) from the class list below:
- ITSCM 770: Fundamentals of Project Management (2 credits)
- MANGEMNT 757: Leadership Development (3 credits)
- MANGEMNT 759: Social Responsibility of Business (2 credits)
Admission Requirements
No GMAT required.
To qualify for admission to the certificate program, students must have a bachelor's degree from a recognized institution and meet graduate admission criteria.
If you do not meet the graduate admission criteria, please email us to determine if you could be admitted on a conditional basis.

Course materials
Graduate students can purchase textbooks and other instructional materials through the University Bookstore or elsewhere online. Students should verify what materials are needed with their instructor.
Financial aid
Students enrolled in the Graduate certificate programs are not federal aid eligible.
Students completing a certificate with a degree program may be eligible for financial aid in the form of grants, loans, scholarships, or employment. All of these make up a “Financial Aid Package” and may be offered singly or in various combinations.
