Dr. L. Roger Yin is a Professor of Information Technology in the College of Business and Economics at University of Wisconsin-Whitewater, USA.

Dr. Yin serves as the Chief Training Officer of a US$1.1M Dept. 国防网络安全成熟度模型认证(CMMC)授予国防供应商意识培训.  Roger is also a Co-PI of the US$2M Dept. of Labor “Bridging the Skills Gap” grant for establishing public-private collaboration on creating a Cybersecurity apprenticeship program.  Both DoD and DoL grants were awarded to 欧洲杯投注.

Roger grew up in Taipei City and earned a B.E. in Environmental Engineering from National Chung-Hsin University in Taiwan. He holds both an M.S. and Ph.D. in Instructional Systems Technology from Indiana University, Bloomington, USA. 他获得了CPHIMS, CISA, CISM, CGEIT, GSNA和ITIL-F等行业认证.  Roger has served as Director of Academic Affairs on the Board of Directors of Wisconsin Chapter of Healthcare Information and Management Systems Society (HIMSS). Dr. Yin has published more than 40 refereed journal articles and presented more than 50 papers in national and international conference on and related to Information Technology.
