Dr. L. Roger Yin is a Professor of Information Technology in the College of Business and Economics at University of Wisconsin-Whitewater, USA.

Dr. Yin serves as the Chief Training Officer of a US$1.1M Dept. 国防网络安全成熟度模型认证(CMMC)授予国防供应商意识培训.  Roger is also a Co-PI of the US$2M Dept. of Labor “Bridging the Skills Gap” grant for establishing public-private collaboration on creating a Cybersecurity apprenticeship program.  Both DoD and DoL grants were awarded to 欧洲杯投注.

Roger grew up in Taipei City and earned a B.E. in Environmental Engineering from National Chung-Hsin University in Taiwan.
